SILVAR's many member benefits include, at the local level, an in-house retail store with CAR and PRDS forms, lockboxes, keys, maps, etc., a tour program, a weekly newsletter, and quality education classes for our members, a full events calendar for networking opportunities, and MLS Services through MLS Listings Inc. SILVAR also offers PRDS forms, quality residential real estate forms that are reasonably priced and consistent with the local practices and standards of care in the unique Silicon Valley market. PRDS forms are sold in the SILVAR store and are also available online at www.prdsforms.com as a free benefit of SILVAR REALTOR® membership. SILVAR is unique in that we have five local districts that comprise SILVAR.
