SILVAR's many member benefits include, at the local level, an in-house retail store with CAR and PRDS forms, lockboxes, keys, maps, etc., a tour program, a weekly newsletter, and quality education classes for our members, a full events calendar for networking opportunities, and MLS Services through RE InfoLink. SILVAR also offers PRDS forms, qulaity residential real estate forms that are reasonably priced and consistent with the local practices and standards of care in the unique Silicon Valley market. PRDS forms are sold in the SILVAR store and are also available online at www.prdsforms.com as a free benefit of SILVAR REALTOR® membership. SILVAR is unique in that we have five local districts that comprise SILVAR. This allows members an opportunity to work closely with the local community as well as being associated with the larger California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
