Beth Peerce, C.A.R.'s 2010 President-Elect, administered the oath of office to SILVAR's 2010 President and Board of Directors.

The event, held at the Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto Wednesday night, was a combined celebration of a successful Partners in Education Campaign, the recognition of the District's committee chairs and the committees' achievements.
