Members of SILVAR's Palo Alto District celebrated Halloween at their October 31 tour meeting. The Best Costume Contest ended in a three-way tie with Kellie Morlock, dressed as Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin; Flintones characters Dermot Cronin as Fred Flintstone, Lisa Wittkopf as Wilma Flintstone and Vanessa Johnson as Bettle Rubble; and Nancy MacLeod as Carmen Miranda.
