Reciprocal listings are mutual agreements between participants and subscribers of the respective multiple listing services (MLS) /Associations, where listings are sent to a cooperating MLS for a fee. This enables Brokers/Agents to market their listings in areas not available in R.E. InfoLink's database. R.E. InfoLink does not reciprocate with all areas. R.E. InfoLink (REIL) is the multiple listing service (MLS) provider for San Mateo County, Silicon Valley, Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Monterey County and San Benito County. REIL provides its subscribers with technology-based MLS products and services exclusively for licensed real estate professionals. REIL maintains a large MLS database, with of active listings and more than half-million historical records. In addition, the company monitors and enforces real estate rules and regulations to ensure accurate information is available for the agents and their customers. SILVAR is a service center for R.E. NOTE: RE InfoLink is discontinuing the Web Prompt and Response Program on January 8th. On Tuesday, January 9th, SILVAR will be hosting special classes to help Web P&R users make the transition to using REIL Version 3.0.
