2013 Fall Fling Recognizes Palo Alto District Volunteers
Wednesday night saw members of the Palo Alto District celebrate their annual Fall Fling, the time the District recognizes members who volunteered their time for programs and events during the year. The 2014 District Council members were also introduced and members were encouraged to sign up for a committee and continue their involvement next year.
More than 130 members attended the event, which included well-wishers from other SILVAR districts. Sara Spang, 2013 Palo Alto District Chair, and Jeff Beltramo, District Chair-elect, served as hosts. Spang thanked members of this year's District Council, and Beltramo introduced members of the 2014 District Council and the respective committees they would head.
