Clarus™ MarketMetrics™ is a simple-to-use, market-oriented tool designed specifically for the real estate professional to better understand the local market and communicate those insights to clients easily and effectively. This new technology provides real estate professionals with a powerful set of localized reports that contain market trend and pricing information in a highly visual format, which will produce reports anytime from anywhere in less than five minutes; quick market trends data for a 12 or 24 month period of time; send reports directly to clients with a click of a button; add JPEG charts to a Web site, blog or electronic newsletter with ease; and update data daily. “Clarus™ MarketMetrics™ is a valuable member benefit which gives REALTORS® quick and easy access to important market trend reports they can use in client presentations.
