Cupertino, CA - REALTORS(R) in Santa Clara County oppose a move to rescind a benefit which for more than two decades has allowed seniors and the disabled from other counties to take advantage of a tax incentive to relocate to the county. Rescinding this benefit provided by Proposition 90 could hurt seniors wishing to move and buy a home in the county.

Cupertino, CA – The Silicon Valley Association of Realtors(R) (SILVAR) and Instanet Solutions announced today that they have signed a multi-year agreement that will provide all SILVAR members the Authentisign™ e-signature service and the DocBox™ docu-ment management service. The agreement will also provide members with Doc-Box2Go™, the mobile version of DocBox. The fully integrated PRDS Forms on Instanet Solutions platform is already a SILVAR member benefit.

Cupertino, CA -- For seniors who are physically and financially challenged, tasks like replacing smoke detector batteries, flipping a mattress or washing the windows can be a major chore, especially if relatives who can help them don't live nearby. Seniors and the homebound living on the Peninsula and in the South Bay may now request free assistance with such household tasks through the REALTOR(R) Service Volunteer Program (RSVP) for the week of May 16-20, 2011. The deadline for seniors to request assistance is Monday, February 28.
