Executive Officer/Government Affairs Director
Paul Cardus, Executive Officer and Government Affairs Director, serves as the chief lobbyist for SILVAR at the local level, and interacts with C.A.R. and N.A.R. on the state and federal issues. He identifies issues important to real estate and represents SILVAR’s position before City Councils, Board of Supervisors, and Planning Commissions. Paul informs and advises the Board of Directors and the Local Government Relations Committees on pertinent developments in local regulatory and political issues. Questions regarding Red Alerts, local ordinances, and political endorsements can be addressed by Paul. |

Inventory Manager
George is SILVAR's inventory and store manager. His main focus is customer service, inventory and the store. He assists our members with forms, lockboxes, SuperKeys, and all other product needs. |

Development Director
Kelly handles SILVAR events and the RSVP program. She acts as the staff liasion to the Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation and the Housing Industry Foundation. Kelly is also the staff liaison to all five of SILVAR's District Councils. |

Operations Manager
Moana is responsible for the management of member records and the SILVAR database. She also handles the development of educational programs for members. She is the Human Resources manager and ensures general compliance with federal and state employment laws. Moana can answer your questions on upcoming classes, license renewals, and a wide variety of other educational and membership issues. |

IT Administrator
Bob provides technical support for the PRDSforms.com website and helps members use the PRDS online system. He also conducts PRDS training classes for members at SILVAR and other offices. |

Communications
Sarah handles member communications, including e-mails, Web site content, tour meeting reminders, and various other alerts and updates. As the tour coordinator, she is also the person to turn to with questions about tours in any of SILVAR's five districts. |
