REALTORS® Complete CIPS Courses
Congratulations to the students who completed the full-day class on Europe & International Real Estate taught by mother-daughter team Christel Silver and Sabine Robertson, pictured here at the top row, far left.
REALTORS® from SILVAR, the East Bay and from Arizona completed three Certified International Property Specialist courses offered by SILVAR this month. They included the two core courses on Local Markets and Transaction Tools, and the elective course on Europe. The courses were taught by Christel Silver, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SFR®, MRP, AHWD, RSPS, ePRO. Silver is also NAR;s 2024 Global Coordinator for Western Europe. Sabine Robertson, Silver's daughter, joined Silver and taught the section on Germany.
The CIPS curriculum focuses on ownership and transaction principles of international real estate, including specifics on the real estate markets in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa. All five courses will fulfill the classroom requirements for obtaining the prestigious National Association of REALTORS® CIPS designation.
