A Fine Day for SV YPN Mini Golf Tournament
SILVAR YPN Chair David Messer and Jose Padilla get ready to welcome members and guests to the first YPN mini golf tournament.
Silicon Valley YPN (Young Professionals Network) had a great turnout and a wonderful day for its first annual Mini Golf For A Cause Tournament at Golfland in Sunnyvale. Over 45 people attended the event, forming roughly 11 teams, with 15 hole sponsors. SILVAR YPN will be donating $1,400 to the Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation from this event.
"We had a great turnout at our first mini golf for a cause event. The sunny weather was perfect and many attendees called this event their favorite YPN event of the year," said SILVAR YPN Chair David Messer. "We are happy to be able to donate $1,400 to the SILVAR Charitable Foundation, so thank you to all who participated and to all sponsors! "

Messer announced Rob Pavley had the best score of the day, shooting a 42. He will have his name engraved on a trophy that will sit in the SILVAR office until a new champion is crowned next year. The sponsors from Paramount Realty Group took home the award for "Best Dressed."
