SILVAR thanked this year's board of directors and district council and committee chairs at a holiday appreciation luncheon held at the Left Bank Brasserie in Menlo Park on Tuesday. SILVAR appreciates our 2022 member volunteers who in their various positions worked hard to provide the best meetings, programs and education classes for our members this year.
Executive Officer Paul Cardus thanked SILVAR President Brett Caviness and SILVAR's 2022 leadership group for their service to the Association, and Caviness thanked all for lending him their support this year. Serving on the 2022 board of directors with Caviness are President-elect Jim Hamilton, treasurer Jeff Bell, Past President and C.A.R. Region 9 Chair Joanne Fraser, NAR Director Denise Welsh, District Chairs Jasmine Lee (Menlo Park-Atherton), Stacey Woods (Palo Alto), Katherine Frey (Los Altos-Mountain View), Tracey McNeely (Cupertino-Sunnyvale), and Tammie Peters (Los Gatos-Saratoga); Directors at-large Karen Trolan, Suzanne Yost, Elizabeth Doye, and Sunita Merchia; and Board attorney David Hamerslough.
This year's committee chairs include Caroline Wolf (Affiliates), Trolan (Broker/Manager), Bell (Budget & finance), Fraser (Chair of Chairs), Welsh (Education & Technology), Atsuko Yube (Global Business Council), Jane Volpe (Grievance), Kalena Masching (Membership), Yost (Professional Standards), David Tonna (Tour Policy & Sign Ordinance), and Selena Young (YPN).
