"In building, we do more than erect structures; we cultivate spaces where communities blossom … Our unity fortifies our mission, enabling us to carve paths of shared prosperity through collaboration, innovation, and ethical practices. … Together, let's shape a prosperous future for our communities and our association."
Hamilton congratulated Zhang and CAREA's 2023-2024 leadership team and conveyed SILVAR's support for CAREA's mission. "CAREA has had a long-standing commitment and advocacy for homeownership and the professional enhancement of Chinese American real estate professionals. We look forward to strengthening our partnership and are here to serve as a resource for you."
CAREA was formed in 1988 in the San Francisco Bay Area to promote the social and economic well-being of Chinese Americans actively engaged in the field of real estate.
