California Association of REALTORS® VP and Assistant General Counsel Gov Hutchinson, spoke on "What Brokers Need to Know in the Post-Settlement World" at SILVAR's Spring Broker/Manager Meeting held on Wednesday. Hutchinson shared the latest news from C.A.R., including buyer broker representation, new laws, and the latest C.A.R. forms.
