SILVAR Congratulates 2024-2025 VNARP Leadership Team
SILVAR congratulated the 2024-2025 president and board of the directors of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP) at their installation dinner held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Ranch at Silver Creek in San Jose. SILVAR Board President Tammie Peters and Cupertino-Sunnyvale District Chair Sunita Merchia congratulated VNARP President Will Nguyen and VNARP's leadership team on behalf of SILVAR.
Chika Sunquist, Commissioner of the California Department of Real Estate administered the oath of office to Nguyen. The board of directors was installed by President Joe Brown of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®. Sunquist was also the keynote speaker at the event, and performances included a dragon dance by Yun Yee Tung and vocal performances by Victoria Thuy Vi McDowell and Purple Sisters.
Joining Nguyen as part of VNARP's 2024-2025 leadership team are Anna Truong Lopez, vice president; Allie Lopez, secretary; Ngan Dao, treasurer; and Trinh Wong, past president; and committee co-chairs Todd Walt (Marketing), Tu Tran (technology), Vanna Truong (Education), Brian Le (Membership), Son Nguyen (Community Outreach) and Khang Truong (Sponsorship).
A REALTOR® with Keller Williams Silicon City, Nguyen's journey towards becoming a successful real estate agent began when he graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science and a minor in marketing. Starting his career as a web developer and then as a personal banker, Nguyen helped high net worth clients with their financial portfolios and wealth management needs. In 2022, he became a licensed REALTOR® and has used his extensive experience in finance and his passion for real estate to help his clients.
In his message to members and guests. Nguyen encouraged all members to embrace challenges as opportunities, strive for excellence, and support one another every step of the way. "Progress is achieved through consistent effort," he said. "And greatness comes when we dare to move beyond comfort into possibility."
Nguyen expressed gratitude to the 2024-2025 VNARP Leadership Team and affirmed his commitment to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients from the Vietnamese community to help them navigate the complex world of real estate.
