At the SILVAR General Membership Meeting on Dec. 1, 2025 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, President Tammie Peters and CEO Paul Cardus welcomed members and presented their reports at SILVAR's 2025 General Membership Meeting. The announcement by Cardus that member dues would not increase in 2026 was received with considerable applause.

Peters expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Association staff, board members, the leadership team, and volunteers who worked alongside her this year. She said, "Together, we create a lasting impact, from our advocacy work in promoting and protecting homeownership and private property rights, as well as the effort in ensuring a healthy budget of SILVAR, and the recent member survey. We will continue to strengthen this Association and work together to take care of our clients and our advocacy with our homeownership."

Cardus reported that the state of SILVAR is secure financially, politically and legislatively.

He said as of Monday, SILVAR had 4,902 REALTOR® members, just a drop of about 3% from last year.

"There will be no dues increase next year," Cardus announced. "We appreciate your continued membership and remain dedicated to serving you. We are always open to your input and welcome your support and participation."
