Los Altos/Mountain View District Holiday Celebration
Members of SILVAR's Los Altos/Mountain View District celebrated the holidays with a delicious breakfast, holiday entertainment and an awards ceremony at the Fremont Hills Country Club in Los Altos Hills. Nearly 200 members attended the event, which was sponsored by Coldwell Banker and the Los Altos/Mountain View District.
Along with a delicious breakfast, musical entertainment was provided by the Spam Quartet, each table was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with the table decorated by Clutter Boy receiving the prize for Best Decorated.
Los Altos/Mountain District Chair Nick French served as emcee, along with Sallie Morgan. They thanked SILVAR REALTORS® and affiliates for their support of another very successful year for the District. The District thanked Joe Brown, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, for Coldwell banker's support and sponsorship. Brown greeted members and wished them all the best for the new year.
David Troyer received the award for Most Signs in the Garage; Fannie Cohen, Rookie of the Year – Most Sunshine; Alan Huwe, Builder Bob; Cheryl Okuno, Hula Champion; Sallie Morgan, Most Valuable Player 2008; Benito Solorzano, Cleanest Agent.
The following brokers were also recognized as 2008 Managers of the Year: John Thompson (Intero Real Estate), Fred Hibbert (Coldwell Banker), Mike James (Coldwell Banker), Bill Lewis (Alain Pinel Realtors); Chris Trapani (Sereno Group); Meryle Sussman (Cashin Company); Bonnie Kehl (Cashin Company); and Alicia Nuzzo (Sereno Group).
