Members recently received emails from the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) about REALTOR® Secure Transaction, a new one-stop transaction dashboard available last Wednesday that will give them access to their Transactions, zipForm Edition account and more, including the addition of Glide on January 14, 2021. Glide is a platform for eSignatures, collaboration resource, and compliance tools needed for their real estate transactions.

Cupertino, CA - Due to the severity of the COVID-19 outbreak and the resulting statewide Stay at Home order and countywide Shelter in Place orders, the office of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR) in Cupertino will remain closed and all District Broker tour, marketing, committee and other meetings, live education and training, new member orientation, and networking events will continue to be paused until further notice.

SILVAR Abides by Shelter in Place of Residents Orders, Closes Office

Cupertino, CA - Effective today, Tuesday, March 17, 2020, all individuals living in the counties of San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda are ordered to shelter at their place of residence, except those who must leave to perform essential services. This order will stay in place until April 7. Abiding by this order, the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® office in Cupertino will be closed starting today until April 7. As our staff works remotely, SILVAR will endeavor to serve our members as best we can. Members can email membership@silvar.org if you have additional questions.

Cupertino, CA - The Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® 2020 leadership team was installed last night, Jan. 23, at the Los Altos Golf & Country Club. California Association of REALTORS® 2020 President Jeanne Radsick administered the oath of office to 2020 SILVAR President Mary Kay Groth and 2020 officers and board directors. Chris Trapani, Sereno Group co-founder, served as master of ceremonies. Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation President Eileen Giorgi led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance, and 2012 President Suzanne Yost delivered the inspiration message.

Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation Awards Over $40,000 in Grants and Scholarships in 2019

Cupertino, CA - The Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation donated $41,618 in 2019 to different non-profit organizations that help homeless and low-income individuals and families in Silicon Valley. Funds this year also went to scholarships for graduating seniors from 18 public high schools in the Realtor association's service area.
