Menlo-Atherton High School Principal Matthew Zito told members of SILVAR’s Menlo Park/Atherton District early this week. At SILVAR’s Los Gatos/Saratoga Tour Meeting last week, one Realtor stood up and reported receiving six offers on a $3 million dollar home which had only been on the market for five days. There was also talk of lenders holding back, but Realtors were hopeful as demand picked up, the market would improve.

In Los Gatos kids are interacting with police officers in a positive way. If they wear they’re helmet when riding their bicycles, police officers will reward them with an ice cream coupon as part of a program to develop a closer and positive relationship between the city’s police force and youth.
